Game Day Duties - 2004

  • Caravan staff to open the change rooms

  • Groundsmen to place out rubbish bins and oversee the installation of senior goal posts & nets.

  • Coaches of junior teams are to supervise the installation of the senior pitch goals and nets, ensuring that it is completed safely and in accordance to accepted procedure. The junior teams are to install the field flags.

  • Senior teams playing the last game on the field are responsible for bringing in their set of goal posts, net and pins, and 3 of the pitch flags. These are to be stowed NEATLY and ORDERLY in the male change rooms.

  • The rostered Clean-up Team is responsible for:
    1. Grounds to be cleaned of all litter and any other items related to our usage.
    2. Rubbish bins emptied into large trolley bin and stowed neatly in the male change room.
    3. Ensure that the flags (all 12) have been collected and stowed in buckets in the male change room.
    4. Ensure that the Goals, Nets & Pins have been collected and stowed in a bucket in the male change room.
    5. Check that Mini and Micro League goals have been stowed and PADLOCKED.
    6. Team captain or acting captain to ensure the change rooms are to be left in a tidy/clean condition (are cleaned if required) and locked on completion of all duties.
    7. Lost property to be given to Caravan Staff.
    8. Any damages, losses and/or issues should be reported as soon as possible to an executive committee member.
