1. Every player must observe the laws of the game as detailed in the "Laws of the Game" (as accessed from www.fifa.com) the official FIFA rules governing the game of football. The version of rules available on the date of the AGM will apply for the duration of that season. Every player is expected to maintain good conduct both on and off the field
2. If any player has been penalized with disciplinary action (red card), that player can (with the signed support of his captain) put his case to the tribunal after the completion of that game but before the next game. The tribunal's decision is final.
3. Substitutions must be conducted in full compliance with FIFA Law 3.
A player may only be substituted once during the course of the game. 1 substituted player may replace an injured player in the 2nd half at the umpires discretion.
4. Any team with less then 7 original players will forfeit the game. A captain of an undermanned team may make up to 11 players from the pool, provided the arrangements are concluded prior to 9:30pm Friday night. All arrangements are to be made through the umpire's co-ordinator. If a pool player has been allocated to a team, the team player who has indicated that they are unavailable for a game cannot, due to any change of circumstance, participate in that game at the expense of any other team or pool player. If a team is allocated a pool player, the player numbers of the effected game may not exceed 11 players for that team.
The penalty for a team abusing the Pool Player system will be - the game will be classed as forfeited, with the game points (3) awarded to the opposing team.
5. Each member of a team shall wear their team shirt, socks, shorts and approved shin pads and regulation soccer boots for the duration of the game.
6. If a player is shown a red card, he must immediately leave the field and shall, as punishment forfeit the right to play at least the next two scheduled games. If a player receives a second yellow card in one game then it shall result in a one week penalty to be served in the following week. If shown a yellow card for a second time although in a later game, as punishment, that player shall forfeit the right to play the next scheduled game.
7. Games that are abandoned will be deemed a nil all draw.
8. Fees must be paid in full with registration.
9. The Season will run from 17th April to 18th September 2004.
10. We are to keep the toilets and grounds tidy.
11. Teams indicated on the roster in bold font are on Cleanup duty that week. This includes all duties as outlined on the Game Day Duties 2004 document adopted by the general committee (31/03/2004). Two points will be deducted from the teams that do not complete their duties to the satisfaction of the executive committee.
12. The captain is responsible to ensure that he assigns team members (who have a good understanding the rules, particularly offside, and are capable of completing the duties of a linesmen) for lining duties on the weeks indicated on the annual fixtures. One point per linesman will be deducted if the team fails to produce one or two linesmen per game allocated.
The match umpire is to question the linemen before the match, requesting acknowledgement that they understand the rules (particularly offside). If the answer is of a unsatisfactory nature, the umpire will give the linesmen the opportunity to transfer his duties to another member of his team before the games schedule commencement time.
If, during the course of the match, the umpire adjudicates that the lineman is not completing his duties to a satisfactory standard, the umpire will relieve the linesmen of his duties and appoint another member of the rostered team in his place. The rostered team will be deducted one point per linesman whose performance is judged as substandard for the duties during that match.
13. Every six weeks a general meeting will be held. Teams that do not provide a representative will be penalised one point.
